Millicent seems to have arrived in Kidderminster at that about the same time as an Abraham Blakeborough. That Abraham can be firmly identified as the son of Abraham Blakeborough and Millicent née Milnes. It seems very likely that this Millicent is also their daughter, as both Millicent and Blakeborough are rare names, and Abraham and Millicent have no recorded daughter named after the mother. Moreover, there is a gap in the list of their children between 1756 and 1761, which is where we would expect Millicent to have been born, and this gap coincides with the family moving from Batley (near Dewsbury) to Chapel Allerton (near Leeds). It may be that they briefly lived elsewhere between Batley and Chapel Allerton, and perhaps Millicent's baptism is in some unindexed parish register. Blakeborough, Millicent (I4315)

mother described as a widow Clarke, Anstice (I3312)

mother identified as Ann (not Mary) née Wheeler Burt, Hannah (I3859)

mother née Cocket Wrann, William (I3339)

mother née Martell Smith, Elizabeth (I3457)

mother née Martell Smith, William (I3454)

Mother's maiden name given as Reeves. Cheater, William (I3816)

Mother's maiden name given as Reeves. Cheater, Rachel (I3817)

Mother's name spelt Matthias in HGS transcript Hendey, Ann (I5793)

Name given as Marie Magdelaine Grisset in daughter's baptism. Grisset, Marie Françoise (I2153)

Named Betty in the baptism record. Willis, Elizabeth (I1908)

Named in father's will. Howell, John (I4581)

Named in father's will. Howell, Frances (I4582)

Named Maud on 1891 census, but Alice on the 1881 census and birth registration. Seemingly the same person. Willis, Alice Maud (I1791)

Named Millicent in the birth registration, on the 1881 census and in the marriage registration, but Amelia on the 1871 census. Barfoot, Millicent (I4408)

née Binstead Bignell, Ann (I4656)

née Binstead Bignell, Elizabeth (I4657)

née Binstead, of South Stoneham Bignell, Sarah (I4655)

née Scorey Gookey, Henry (I3484)

Nelly and her family is not mentioned in her father's 1785 will. Her absence is expected as she had died in 1782, but it is perhaps surprising that neither her husband nor her children are mentioned. The oldest three of William's children to be mentioned in the will (James, Mary and Benjamin) were left only 1/–, probably a token bequest as they had already received their inheritance. If Nelly had also received her inheritance, and had dead, William perhaps saw no reason to leave a token bequest to her widower or children. Banks, Nelly (I978)

Neuville-en-Beaumont is a tiny place and the only Gosselins there seem to be this one family. We know that the Marie who died in March 1822 was a spinster ("fille"), aged 45. This nearly matches the July 1777 birth and baptism, but not quite. Nevertheless, it seems most likely that it is the same woman. Gosselin, Marie Marthe (I2130)

Nicholas Louis Désiré in the birth registration Gosselin, Louis Nicolas Désiré (I2048)

No baptism found at Eling, but mentioned in Lovell v Lovell as a child of William and Em. Lovell, Jane (I1548)

No baptism found at Yvetot-Bocage, 1733-49. Gosselin, Jacques (I2124)

No baptism found, but "Ann the wife of Robert Pinnick" appears in her father's will. Banks, Ann (I897)

No baptism has been identified for William; however he is on the 1841 census living with William and Martha, aged 13, which puts him in a fairly long gap between recorded children (i.e between Elizabeth in 1826 and Martha in 1831). It also explains the seeming absence of the father's name, William, being used amongst the children. Thomas, William (I2925)

No first name is listed the HGS transcript of the baptism record, but David's will tells us he had a daughter named Mary Bucket, and her burial tells us she was born in about 1741. Hendey, Mary (I5820)

No maiden name is given on the marriage record. Helen (I5577)

No name is given in the baptism register. Bull (I2746)

No parents are given in James's entry in the baptism register, but both James and Mary are said to be of New House, and this is seemingly the only Cooper family in Fawley at the time. Family F966

No parents given in register, but inferred because a Phyllis Metier is in William's will and a John Metier witnessed it. Lovell, Amy (I3925)

No parents given in the baptism register, but Henry's will mentions a daughter named Barbara. Lovell, Barbara (I5478)

No parents given, but it seems probable he is Bridget's sister as they're the only two Rickman baptisms for several decades, and Bridget is identified as William's child from his will. Rickman, John (I1518)

No parents given, but it seems probable he is Katherine's sister as they're the only two Rickman baptisms for a decade, and Katherine is identified as William's child from his will. Rickman, William (I1521)

Not mentioned in father's will, so had presumably died before 1831. Banks, George (I898)

Not mentioned in grandfather's will, which suggests the 1773 burial must be his. Martell, Joseph (I3509)

Of "Kerdridge" [Curdridge], Bishop's Waltham. Binstead, Sarah (I4648)
