Grant to William Echyngham and Joan his wife and their heirs of 102 acres of arable land, 22 acres of wood and 21d rent in Benyndon late of Robert Bealknap, deceased and pertaining to the king by his forfeiture to the value of 72s yearly, with the issues from the time of his forfeiture except those which have been answered for to the king, provided that they accept for any surplus.
